  • Situated at the bottom end of Liverpool Street, opposite the old Liverpool Street Station, the first railway station in the world, the commercial hotel is often overlooked.  this is a shame as it is a very friendly local pub.  There’s a homely feel to it with a roaring fire to keep you warm.  The bar has the usual range of pub drinks, real ale and a large projector screen showing the football.  The decor is traditional and one of the few pubs in manchester where you feel like you’ve stepped into someone’s front room.  Wonderful!
  • Real Ale
  • Live Sports (Sky Sports, BBC, ITV, etc)

Great guinness – a pub I doubt many people visit – more of a local’s pub, but you’d be made to feel welcome if you drop by. SKY on the big screen so if you want to get away from it all for a while, head down to the bottom of Liverpool Street to this pub.
