The Lass O’Gowrie is a traditional pub just around the corner from the Palace Theatre, off Oxford Road, alongside the BBC studios. This pub has won a number of awards over the years and they also appear in the ‘Good Pub & Beer Guide’. If you are a lover of real ales this is the place to be, having up to 9 on tap at any one time, food is available till 6.30pm Monday to Friday and till 5pm Saturday and Sunday. The pub also shows sports on their two big screen tv’s.  A comfortable friendly real ale pub well worth checking out.

    The atmosphere in The Lass on an average night is great. On St Patricks day, it’s electic. Just off the beaten Oxford Road drinking track, but well worth it.
