BedlamBedlam 33 Peter Street, Manchester, M2 5BG map

  • Bedlam, a quirky hangout in Manchester, was modelled on the first psychiatric health institute in the UK. Because of this you can expect to see the theme throughout including padded walls, padded seats, a minimalistic feel adds further to the feel of a clinical area, they also decked the place out with quirkey and classically designed furniture and accessories. By day Bedlam is a bar to relax, with their S&M Menu or sausage and mash for those who are thinking S&M in a mainstream bar too much, by evening it’s a chilled wine bar and then late evening the change to a club starts to take place with the music played so loud you can hear it at either end of Peter Street!  Hopefully the formula is more successful than the ill-fated Jar Bar and Breeze which previously tried and failed in this location.
