- A very popular gay orientated bar, the outpost is used as an alternate venue to manchester’s gay village. Very popular with leather clad men, there are a good range of drinks available at the bar. The gay Nightclub legends is just next door and the outpost is used as a pre club drinks lounge by the legendites. Throughout the day there are special drinks promotions, including the outpost’s legendary ‘happy hour’ which runs from 11am till 7pm every day!

Love the Outpost for it’s casual laid-back atmosphere. As advertised, they are somewhat removed from what you see and experience on near by Canal Street. Drink prices are much less expensive, clientele much more approachable and a great place to begin before heading into Legends next door. Lots of locals and the bar staff is top-drawer.
