- The Gallery Bar, inside the Novotel hotel, is a small bar open to both residents and those who just fancy popping in for a drink. A clean looking bar offering beers on tap or in bottles, a small range of cocktails, coffee’s, wines, spirits and a food menu offering a selection of dishes as tasters, starters or mains. Whilst this is branded as a seperate bar from the outside, in esscence, it’s just a hotel bar and, like all hotel bars, prices aren’t cheap.
