As well as a ground floor bar, there is a first floor cafe in which to enjoy some great food, a coffee or a speciality beer. Although Cornerhouse is a centre for the visual arts in Manchester; it has three floors of contemporary art galleries and three cinema screens, it is by no means pretentious and has one of the most relaxed atmospheres around. I would like to say that I think the Cornerhouse is a great place to eat and drink and has fabulous views along Oxford Road from its large glass windows.
