  • The Revolution vodka bar chain started on Manchester’s Oxford Road in the 1990’s.  Since then, they’ve popped up all over the country, including many other sites in the city centre and the local region.  There latest outlet, behind House of Fraser (or Kendal’s as it’s known locally), is in the venue formally known as Jim Thompson’s, or more famously as Henry’s Bar - where Roy Keane famously had an altercation that lead to his arrest.    This is perhaps Rev’s best bar yet, very sleek ‘city- chic’ with sumptuous surroundings allowing you to escape the hectic or engage the hedonistic.  As well as the speciality flavoured vodka shots, there’s a good choice of cocktails, pitchers, spirits and a range of beers.  You can also enter binge-drinking heaven with the vodka fountain.
